  • Good design philosophy – Through the inherent skills and expertise of our team, we spend time working with you to design the best product for your needs. Our SolidWorks CAD design software provides us with powerful functionality to turn innovative ideas into great product designs without limitations.  

  • Integrated tool design and manufacture – With a strong relationship with our tool manufacturers and good insights into our machines and your production facility, our team go to great lengths to ensure all components work seamlessly together. Mould flow capabilities helps us to solve any issues to ensure faster and more consistent run cycles with less rejects from the start.

  • FDA approved tool validation process - Designed to achieve consistent repeatable part manufacture, the PRO-OP™ software highlights weaknesses and problems in relation to part design, mould design, mould construction, moulding equipment efficiency, moulding equipment specification and material selection. PRO-OP™ gives us confidence that the tool will perform to our expectations before we enter manufacturing. 

Manufacturing

With a well-executed design and tool build, the focus from the start of manufacturing is to produce a product run on time, every time, exactly as ordered. 

 

  • Quality injection moulding machines – Our all electric Sumitomo moulders, ranging from 50-350 tonne, deliver accuracy, speed and low running costs which in turn reduce cycle times, scrap, downtime and increase output. Machines from 130-350 tonne utilise Servo Driven Robotics to increase automation and efficiency. 

  • Optical measuring capabilities – A key part of our quality management system, our Hawk Duo optical measuring microscope produces high accuracy, automated video and optical measuring for in-process checks, to ensure a high level of accuracy throughout production. 

  • In-mould labelling – Providing efficient and long lasting branding solutions.

  • 24-7 production capacity – We have the systems and staff in place to manufacture 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This provides us with the ability & flexibility to accommodate very high volume products. 

  • Clean room moulding– A dedicated ISO Class 7 clean room facility, with an entire moulding factory within the clean room environment, ensuring your product is protected throughout all phases of production.  

  • ALL our products are 100% recyclable within New Zealand. We recycle 100% of our waste material & we will receive and recycle any of our products at their end of life
