With over 40 years in the industry across NZ and the UK, Ian holds experience in all forms of rigid plastic moulding and specialises in injection moulding in both food and technical markets. Joining Tekplas in 2005 and becoming Technical Director shortly after, Ian is a keen problem solver, overseeing key technical aspects of the business to ensure all projects run smoothly. 

Originally from the UK, Craig completed his engineering qualifications in Lancashire, UK and spent his early career working in the aerospace industry. He joined Tekplas in 2018 with 15 years’ experience in the injection moulding business, with key expertise in food packaging, human healthcare and animal healthcare. Highly analytical with a methodical approach, Craig ensures every project is well planned and on track from the very beginning. As quality manager, Craig is responsible for all quality, compliance and food safety management across the business to ensure our systems continuously achieve the highest possible standard. 

Joining the team in 2011, Jinu has a Bachelor of Science and Post Graduate Diploma in both Business Studies and Information & Systems Management. Having worked in various Tekplas roles including shift quality controller and shift supervisor, he now leads our largest team as Production Manager of our Hamilton facility, utilising his skills in staff management and logistics to oversee, manage and optimise daily production on the factory floor. 

Fortunate to live in the beautiful Waikato for most of her life, Kerry joined Tekplas in 2017 with a background in banking and people management. Extremely passionate about HR, she is a firm believer in ‘succeeding together’ and supports our team through self-development, challenge and change to create an environment where the best people want to work.

Donna’s key focus is to provide exemplary service to both our internal and external stakeholders. As Office Manager, Donna efficiently manages the accounts, payroll and financial reporting requirements of the business and leads the administrative team to run day-to-day functions of the office, providing support for customer services, sales and purchasing.

As a qualified mechanical engineer, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Master’s in Finance, Alan has spent 20 years working across manufacturing, and 14 years specifically in the plastics industry. A tech enthusiast with a keen eye for automation, Alan is responsible for development, improvement and administration of technology based platforms to improve process and information flow across the business.

With over 30 years working across a range of plastic moulding disciplines, Stuart knows how important the relationship is between good product design and quality tooling. Managing both product and tool design for Tekplas and our customers, he ensures the perfect partnership is achieved and works closely with our customers to develop, build and test their own designs fit for moulding.

Chloe studied her Pharmacy Qualifications and started her career in the healthcare industry. Chloe has spent her recent years commissioning various food manufacturing greenfield sites where she worked to ensure the highest quality outcomes possible while aiding compliance with Food Safety accreditations and regulations. Chloe joined the team at the very beginning of operations as a production supervisor and is now part of the team looking after the Quality & Compliance aspects of both Hamilton and Rolleston sites. Chloe’s critical thinking and ambitious traits aid her passion for Quality, Food Safety & compliance as she feels it’s an industry where you can really make a difference.

Lauren joined Tekplas in 2018 while completing her Bachelor of Applied Management degree, majoring in Accounting. As Planning & Manufacturing Support Manager, Lauren manages our sales orders team and strives to provide great customer service. Lauren works closely with our production and procurement teams to carry out her roles of scheduling and materials management, and to ensure that customer orders are met on time, every time, exactly as ordered.
